Starting as a digital designer over a decade ago, I’ve grown to believe design is much more than aesthetics, it’s a powerful tool that bridges the gap between users needs and business goals. Early in my career, I focused on crafting visually compelling interfaces and over time I realised the true impact comes from understanding people deeply and solving their real problems.

This realisation fuelled my passion for human-centered design, where empathy guides decision making. Embracing emerging technologies like generative AI has allowed me to innovate faster and smarter, transforming workflows and uncovering insights.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with diverse teams across global organisations, helping them build scalable, accessible, and meaningful digital experiences. Mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning has become a core part of my work, as I believe great design thrives in inclusive, empowered teams.

Generative AI

I leverage generative AI as a creative partner, speeding up prototyping and uncovering insights that might otherwise take weeks to find. This blend of human intuition and machine power lets me explore ideas faster while staying grounded in what users truly want.

User Research & Testing

Real user feedback is my compass. By running thoughtful research and testing, I uncover hidden pain points and validate assumptions, ensuring that every design decision is backed by actual human experience, not guesswork.

Workshop Facilitation

Bringing people together to brainstorm, prototype, and problem-solve energises me. I guide teams through creative workshops that spark fresh ideas and build shared understanding, turning abstract challenges into clear design paths.

Stakeholder Management

Good design needs strong champions. I work to build trust and clear communication with stakeholders, translating complex design concepts into business value and fostering alignment so that great ideas can thrive and get built.
